Accusations Traded as MPs Debate Costly Generator Project
Ljubljana, 24 January - Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Minister Samo Omerzel defended his ministry's approach to the problem of the ballooning cost of a new generator at the Šoštanj coal-fired power plant (TEŠ) as parliament opened an emergency session on the matter on Friday. He underscored that the project's cost rose from EUR 1.3bn to 1.428bn.
