Delo Laments EU's Lost Opportunities in Ukraine

Ljubljana, 25 January - The Kiev uprising clearly shows that the EU does not know Ukraine's domestic policy or Russia. While it was flaccidly offering its proverbial soft power, Russian President Vladimir Putin made his hard power work in a single meeting, Delo comments on Saturday.
