Jurists Expect Finnish Ruling to Benefit Slovenian Defendants

Ljubljana, 30 January - Former constitutional judges Tone Jerovšek and Lojze Ude believe the acquittal in the Patria case in Finland would benefit the defendants in Slovenia who are awaiting a Higher Court ruling on their appeal against the guilty verdict. They both underscore that the Slovenian court is not bound by foreign courts' rulings.
