Cigarette-Free Day Encourages Smokers to Give Up Unhealthy Habit

Ljubljana, 31 January - The National Institute for Public Health (NIJZ) urged smokers on the occasion of Slovenian Cigarette-Free Day on Friday to abandon smoking, which is the cause of death among roughly half of the smoking population. Smokers in Slovenia die 15 years sooner on average.
