Agrokor and Banks Continuing Search for Common Ground

Ljubljana, 1 February - Croatian conglomerate Agrokor and the banks selling Slovenia's leading retailer Mercator reportedly failed to find in talks conducted in recent days common ground on loan and financial restructuring but plan to continue with talks on the agreement needed to proceed to the final stage of the deal, the dailies Delo and Večer reported on Saturday.
