Ljubljana, 7 February - Slovenia has been hit by a severe ice-storm that encased large swathes of the country into thick ice, disrupting traffic and communication and knocking tens of thousands of households off the electricity grid. Officials estimated the damage to infrastructure at roughly EUR 66m.
