Energy Act Vetoed over Energy Certificates

Ljubljana, 4 February - The National Council vetoed in a 22:7 vote on Tuesday the new energy act, legislation that transposes the third EU energy package. The upper chamber of parliament took issue with provisions dealing with certificates for the energy performance of buildings.
