Parliament Votes to Expand FOI Disclosures to State-Owned Companies

Ljubljana, 4 February - The National Assembly voted in second reading on Tuesday to expand the scope of disclosures under the freedom of information act to companies in majority ownership of the state or municipalities, including the bad bank, in a bid to reduce the risk of corruption and improve the management of public funds.
