Ljubljana, 6 February - It will be predominantly cloudy in the west on Friday morning, with rain or snow at higher altitudes, while it will be partly clear elsewhere. Morning lows will range from -4 to 2 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will stand between 4 and 8, up to 12 degrees in the coastal region and in the east.
