Kranj, 8 February - The hundreds of kilometres of power lines that collapsed due to ice and sleet in the recent ice storm have highlighted the vulnerability of the power grid, but the almost complete collapse in certain parts of the country has also raised questions about the overall state of this crucial bit of infrastructure.
