Ljubljana, 9 February - Ten days after Slovenia was hit by an ice-storm, as many as 12,000 households are still without power on Sunday as rescue efforts are continuing around the country. The melting of snow and sleet, coupled with rainfall, is meanwhile posing a threat of flooding, but the situation is not critical.
