Ljubljana, 10 February - Tuesday will be overcast with intermittent rain, which will be turning to snow on higher ground towards the evening. Morning lows will range between 0 and 6 degrees centigrade inland, up to 10 at the coast, and daytime highs between 3 and 8, up to 12 in Primorsko in the west.
