Slovenia Conducts $3BN Bond Issue

London, 10 February - Slovenia has opened books on a dual tranche dollar bonds, public broadcaster TV Slovenija reported on Monday. According to the report, the country is to sell up to USD$3bn worth of five- and ten-year bonds.
