New Rules on Archives Stir Debate, SDS Wants Referendum

Ljubljana, 13 February - An opposition Democrats (SDS)-led effort for what would be the second referendum on rules governing access to Yugoslav-era archives will get under way on Thursday amid an ongoing dispute over whether the recent changes restrict or actually expand possibilities for researching crimes committed by the Communist regime.
