Večer Says Real Problems are Queues, Not Queue-Jumping

Maribor, 14 February - Commenting on revelations of widespread queue-jumping at two major Slovenian hospitals, the Maribor-based daily Večer says Friday that the problem is not the queue-jumping but the fact that queues even exist. Improving the latter will help fix the former, it argues.
