Ljubljana, 14 February - MPs of the three opposition parties and Italian minority MP Roberto Batelli have requested a constitutional review of changes to the voting registry act in line with which citizens living abroad will no longer be sent ballots if they fail to be delivered correctly to them in two elections in a row.
