Reporter: Socialists Still in Charge in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 17 February - The right-leaning Reporter magazine argues in Monday's commentary that the surge in borrowing, including the recent EUR 2.5bn bond issues, is a logical consequence of Slovenia having been governed by the better part of seven decades by socialists.
