Slovenia to Tap Rural Development Programme for Post-Disaster Cleanup

Brussels, 17 February - The Slovenian government will tap the EU's rural development programme for up EUR 20m to help finance the clean up efforts after the recent ice storm wreaked havoc on the country's forests. Slovenia will also seek low-interest loans from the European Investment Bank (EIB), officials said on Monday.
