Delo Says EU, US Reckless about Ukraine Crisis

Ljubljana, 20 February - The daily Delo says on Thursday that the EU and US have been reckless about their support to the Ukrainian opposition, adding that the possibility of a civil war in the country is not negligible and that the Russian warnings against the war and the disintegration of the country should have been taken seriously.
