Delo: EU Will Need to Back Up Ukraine Involvement with Money

Ljubljana, 22 February - While the deal aimed at ending the Ukrainian crisis fulfils the main goals of the EU, Ukraine remains a major foreign policy challenge for the bloc, which will need to back up its words with money, the daily Delo says in Saturday's commentary.
