Ljubljana, 24 February - The weather will improve Monday. It will be sunny in the west and overcast in the east initially, but the skies over eastern Slovenia will clear up in the afternoon. Morning lows will remain below zero while daytime highs are forecast to reach 6-12 degrees Celsius, up to 14 on the coast.
