Ljubljana, 28 February - It was a busy week for the government as three new ministers were appointed in the biggest cabinet reshuffle to date. But far from marking a fresh start, the appointments coincided with a huge uproar against the real estate tax, forcing the government to backtrack in what the opposition has been keen to describe as a "complete fail".
