Slovenia Erased More Than 25,000 People 22 Years Ago
Ljubljana, 26 February - Slovenia deleted more than 25,000 nationals of former Yugoslav republics from the permanent residence register on 26 February 1992. While the erased have been the focus of heated debate ever since, things are slowly coming to a close, mostly due to decisions by the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
