Delo: Slovenia Is Only Now Hitting Rock Bottom

Ljubljana, 26 February - The somewhat more positive European Commission's forecast for Slovenia cannot be considered reason for relief, the daily Delo writes on Wednesday. It is behind almost all EU members in jump-starting its economy. A forecast of a key player that numbers will move into the black, but people will not feel it could very well come true.
