Top Court to Examine Real Estate Tax Petitions, Govt Could Tweak Act

Ljubljana, 27 February - The Constitutional Court is expected to hold a public hearing on Thursday to examine all arguments from the petitions challenging the controversial real estate tax. The public hearing comes amidst calls for changes to the law and tens of thousands of requests for corrections being directed at the Surveying and Mapping Authority (GURS).
