Ljubljana, 1 March - A new government service in charge of drawing EU cohesion funds was officially launched on Saturday in a bid to improve the country's performance in this segment. The new service will be led by incumbent Economy Ministry State Secretary Andreja Kert, who will report directly to the prime minister.
