NLB Plans to Break Even This Year, Closing 22 Offices

Ljubljana, 3 March - NLB, Slovenia's biggest bank, expects to break even in 2014, chairman Janko Medja told the press on Monday, only days after the NLB group reported a record-breaking loss of 1.44bn in 2013. "We plan around a profit of EUR 110m to EUR 120m before impairments, while impairments are expected at EUR 100m."
