Erste Group and P&S Capital to Advise on Žito Sale

Ljubljana, 3 March - Erste Group Bank and P&S Capital have been selected as financial advisers in the sale of a nearly 50% state stake in the Ljubljana-based food company Žito. The agreement to that effect was signed on Monday, the state-run SOD fund said in a written statement.
