Slovenia Ready to Back 40% Cut in Emissions, Seeks Cost-Efficiency

Brussels, 3 March - Slovenia is ready to support the goal of cutting EU greenhouse emissions by 40% by 2030, but only if implementation will provide for cost-efficiency, a Slovenian official told a debate in Brussels on Monday dedicated to the bloc's new climate and energy goals.
