Slovenia Close to EU Average in Innovation Index

Brussels, 4 March - Slovenia is close to EU average as regards innovation in the bloc, according to an EU report presented on Tuesday. While the EU is closing the innovation gap with the US and Japan, differences in performance between EU members are still high and diminishing only slowly, the report says.
