ODIHR Director Urges De-escalation in Ukraine, Withdrawal of Armed Forces

Ljubljana/Warsaw, 4 March - Janez Lenarčič, as director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) the most senior Slovenian official at the OSCE, has urged all sides in the Crimea to refrain from provocations. Armed units should withdraw where they came from, he told the STA on Tuesday.
