Cap on Cash Transactions Reduced to EUR 5,000
Ljubljana, 6 March - The National Assembly amended the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing act to decrease the cap on cash transactions to EUR 5,000 from EUR 15,000. As a result it will be only possible to pay for goods and services above that amount through licensed crediting and financial institutions.
