"American University" in Maribor Planned to Be Launched in 2017
Maribor, 14 March - Kuwaiti businessman Hilal Arnaout, who has bought the plot that was originally meant for a new Maribor performing arts centre, announced on Friday the launch of the "American University in Maribor" at the site in 2017. The plan is to eventually have 2,500 students enrolled in the private university, which is expected to cost EUR 20m.
