Expert Questions Legality of Crimea Referendum

Ljubljana, 17 March - An international relations expert has assessed for the STA that while Sunday's referendum at which the people of Crimea opted with a vast majority to join Russia has a certain measure of legitimacy as any form of expression of people's will, its legality is however questionable.
