Ljubljana, 25 March - The parliamentary commission responsible for issues concerning the Italian and Hungarian ethnic minorities in Slovenia proposed to the government on Tuesday to adopt a plan of measures to improve implementation of the two communities' right to use their mother tongue in official communication.
