Watchdog Suspects Violations in Helios Takeover, Daily Reports
Ljubljana, 29 March - The Slovenian Securities Market Agency (ATVP) has introduced oversight of the Helios takeover by the Austrian group Ring International for alleged violations of the takeovers act, the newspaper Dnevnik reports on Saturday, quoting unofficial sources.
