Head of SOVA Did Not Violate Authorizations; SOVA Not Connected with Aircraft Purchase

A three-member commission for supervision of implementation of rights, obligations and authorizations of Head of the Slovene security intelligence service SOVA Tuesday met to discuss issues concerning the alleged SOVA document on the purchase of fighter planes published by the Slovene weekly Mag. The commission unanimously agreed that Head of SOVA did not violate authorizations and obligations concerning the "scandal". It was also not established that SOVA had been informed of the purchase of fighter planes nor of the persons connected to the issue, Ministry of justice reported.
