Dnevnik Ponders on Financing of Municipalities

Ljubljana, 7 April - Touching on the financing system for municipalities, under which a part of levies collected by bigger municipalities goes for smaller municipalities, the daily Dnevnik writes on Monday that small municipalities are by no means independent.
