Force Functioning at Lowest Possible Level, President Says

Ljubljana, 7 April - The combat readiness of the Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) was down in 2013 due to fewer funds. The army has reached the lowest possible level of functioning, President Borut Pahor stressed on Monday.
