Delo Argues West and Kiev Also to Blame for Crisis In Ukraine

Ljubljana, 9 April - The daily Delo warns on Wednesday against pinning the blame for the Ukrainian crisis entirely on Russia, saying that Washington had opened its wallet much more widely than Russia in the run-up to the crisis as well as that nationalist moves by Kiev had alienated the Russian minority.
