US Owner Offers EUR 28.16 Apiece for Remaining Fotona Shares

Ljubljana, 10 April - The US-owned Fotona Holding, formerly Gores Laser Holdings, has published a takeover bid for the remaining 19.12% stake in the Ljubljana-based laser manufacturer Fotona not yet in its possession, offering EUR 28.16 per share.
