EU Action on Russia to Be Determined after Geneva Meeting

Luxembourg, 14 April - EU foreign ministers discussed Monday the expansion of sanctions against Russia, but they refrained from taking a final decision on a third phase, meaning economic sanctions, before the upcoming meeting of Russia, the EU, the US and Ukraine in Geneva, Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec said.
