Mladina Wins Landmark Free Speech Case at Strasbourg Court

Ljubljana, 17 April - The weekly Mladina has won a landmark free speech case at the European Court of Human Rights, which ruled that domestic courts had failed to strike a balance between freedom of expression and protection of reputation of a politician who was the subject of a scathing Mladina article.
