EU Commissioner: Opening up Education Could Make EU More Competitive

Ljubljana, 23 April - Opening up education by providing free learning materials could make Europe more competitive, European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth Androulla Vassiliou stressed at the launch of the Opening Up Slovenia initiative on Wednesday.
