PM Alenka Bratušek Fails to Win Party Leadership Battle
Ljubljana, 26 April - Alenka Bratušek, a 44-year-old financial expert who emerged on the political scene only in late 2011 and became Slovenia's first female prime minister a year ago, failed to go all the way to the top of Positive Slovenia (PS), finding herself defeated by the party's founder, Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković.
