Bond Yields Surge as Political Crisis Escalates

Ljubljana, 28 April - The yields on Slovenian bonds surged Monday as the political crisis continues to deepen and an early election looks exceedingly likely. The yield on the ten-year benchmark surged 24 basis points in early trading Monday, to 3.99%, according to data from the electronic exchange MTS.
