Ljubljana, 7 May - Small businesses issued stark warnings as the 4th Ljubljana Crafts and Small Business Fair kicked off Wednesday. "We need help now," Branko Meh, the head of the Chamber of Trade Crafts and Small Business (OZS), told a forum organised at the outset of the event.
