Ljubljana, 12 May - The US-owned Fotona Holding has acquired the remaining 19.12% stake in the Ljubljana-based laser manufacturer Fotona, at EUR 28.16 per share, increasing its stake in Fotona to 99.2%, according to Monday's edition of the daily Delo.
