State Wants Entire Telekom Profit for Dividends

Ljubljana, 13 May - The state and the state-run funds KAD and SOD, which own a combined 72.38% stake in Telekom Slovenije, want to override the proposal of management and allocate the telco's entire distributable profit for 2013 for dividends.
