Info Commissioner: Ruling against Google Ground-Breaking
Ljubljana/Luxembourg, 13 May - The Slovenian Information Commissioner's Office welcomed on Tuesday the European Court of Justice ruling ordering Google to erase on request links to irrelevant and outdated information. Deputy Information Commissioner Rosana Lemut-Strle labelled the decision as "ground-breaking".
